A Physical Therapist working primarily in an outpatient clinic setting plays a crucial role in helping patients recover movement and manage pain following injury or illness. Reporting to a doctor, they evaluate patients' conditions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and closely monitor progress to promote mobility and enhance quality of life without requiring travel. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to assess physical conditions and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and mobility improvement techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- Licensed Physical Therapist (state-specific license required)
- Proficient in patient assessment and rehabilitation therapy
- Ability to prescribe and monitor exercise regimes
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
