Electrician Foreman (Electrical and Systems Transportation and/or Industrial Construction) Salary Base Range: $127,472 - $138,611 C3M Power Systems is a full-service electrical contractor with the experience and capabilities to construct, rehabilitate, and maintain electrical and special systems for railroads, airports, highways and utilities nationwide. Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of electrical installations on Transportation and/or Industrial Construction projects. Coordinate and schedule all work with the project management team, GC, and owner/client. Establish a job schedule; ensure all document control measures are adhered to, and that the job has all material, tools, and manpower needed to complete on time and within budget. Maintain safety and quality standards on all installations and tasks. Technical Areas of Interest OCS - Overhead CNICET 2 or higher BICSI Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience OCS - Overhead Catenary Specialist Experience; 7 years of Electrical experience required Completion of Apprenticeship program preferred but not mandatory Current Electrical License Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $61.26 - $65.45 Benefit package: $23.37 (includes Healthcare, Annuity Fund, and Pension). Company vehicle depending on project. Potential bonus program based on straight 40 hours in a single workweek. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands‑on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. You must be comfortable lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. You need to communicate effectively and have visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work. Work Environment You will spend a significant amount of your time on active construction sites, adapting to all kinds of weather, moderate to loud noise levels, and confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment.
