Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts for a leading aviation manufacturing client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping candidates navigate the hiring process smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and screen incoming online job applications for various manufacturing roles.

• Schedule and coordinate screening calls between candidates and recruiters.

• Assist in managing interview logistics, including scheduling with internal hiring managers and executives.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Follow up with hiring teams to gather feedback and move candidates through the interview process.

• Support recruiters with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ year of experience in a recruiting role.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Ability to work in office in Miami, Monday through Friday. -Bilingual in Spanish
