Personal Attendant Sat and Sun 2PM-10PM

We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join a 2:1 support service supporting an adult female client with Cerebral Palsy. The client requires 24/7 supervision and cannot be left alone. She values her independence and appreciates caregivers who are respectful, patient, and attentive.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Hoyer lift transfers (2-person assist).
• Prepare meals based on the client's preferences.
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Walk and care for the client's two small dogs.
• Support morning and evening routines, including shower assistance on scheduled days.
• Encourage participation in prescribed home exercises.
• Accompany or support the client's independence with appointments as directed.
• Provide medication assistance by handing medications within reach when needed.
• Document care and report concerns according to agency policy.
