Digital Experience/Website Program Lead Wilson Sonsini is the premier legal advisor to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide. The Digital Experience/Website Program Lead will oversee, manage, and continuously improve the firm’s flagship website ( and its suite of external microsites and blogs to enhance brand presence, deliver accurate content, and drive search visibility. The role is available as a hybrid or virtual work schedule with primary location in Palo Alto. Responsibilities Website Management – Oversee the flagship site (wsgr.com) with 25,000+ pages, update attorneys and staff bios, ensure brand compliance, create new pages, edit imagery, maintain microsites and blogs, manage WordPress/WPEngine hosting, perform software upgrades, serve as RubyLaw gatekeeper, maintain domain registration, troubleshoot technical issues, and enforce accessibility and privacy compliance. SEO, GEO, and Analytics – Research and deploy keyword strategies, monitor SEO/GEO trends, configure and maintain Google Analytics across all platforms, generate traffic reports, and provide data‑driven insights to stakeholders. IT & Security – Manage cookie‑management strategy, audit security, collaborate with IT Security for vendor and platform compliance, and handle DNS, domain renewal, and SSL certificate administration. Additional Digital Operations – Build HTML emailers for client alerts, publish content to CRM and social channels, manage intranet content, act as liaison with Marketing Technology, oversee podcasts and videos, develop process documentation for technical tasks, create event feedback forms, and support urgent updates as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of website management experience; law‑firm or professional‑services marketing experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript, Microsoft Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Marketo, Salesforce, OneTrust, and RubyLaw (preferred). Experience with email‑builder software and email campaigns is a plus. Strong organizational skills: able to prioritize, work under pressure, meet deadlines, collaborate across teams, and deliver excellent customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field (or equivalent experience) required. Compensation Annual salary range: Palo Alto, New York, San Francisco – $116,875–$158,125; other U.S. locations – $105,400–$142,600.
