Staffing Account Executive

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Staffing Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Woodland Hills, CA. The Staffing Account Executive will partner with employers to understand hiring needs, develop new business opportunities, and connect clients with qualified talent. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing client accounts. Prospect and acquire new clients through marketing, networking, outreach, and relationship-building strategies. Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and talent requirements. Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to support a positive recruiting experience. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
