About the Role:

Reset You MD is looking for a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our team in Winter Garden, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in skincare and beauty treatments to a welcoming environment where you can truly make clients feel their best. Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, and exfoliation services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
• Hydra-Facial, Skin Pen Microneedling, Derma planning, chemical peels.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend professional-grade products
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with state regulations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
• Stay current on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required
• Strong sales experience and customer relations.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics setting preferred
• Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
