We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead with 3-4 years of experience to act as the CEO's right hand. We're seeking a high-agency, low-ego generalist who can wear multiple hats and drive high-priority initiatives across our rapidly growing AI healthcare startup.

What will you be doing?

• Serve as a key partner to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives across hiring, marketing, and internal operations.
• Build and document scalable processes and repeatable playbooks to support the company's growth.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools and systems to improve efficiency.
• Oversee a wide range of projects, from planning company off-sites and sourcing a new office to redesigning the company website.
• Perfect our hiring and interview processes to attract top talent.

Key Requirements

• 3-4 years of post-college experience in a high-performance environment like consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup.
• Demonstrated high agency, a proactive self-starter mentality, and a low-ego, team-player attitude.
• Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment (Seed to Series B is a strong plus).
• Ability to thrive as a generalist, managing diverse and sometimes ambiguous projects.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week from our New York City office.
