Applicants can expect to work in a setting dedicated to advanced aesthetic services and holistic wellness.\nRole Description The Aesthetic Nurse is a part-time, on-site role based in Pepper Pike, OH. This position is responsible for performing and assisting with non-surgical cosmetic treatments, such as injectables, laser procedures, skin rejuvenation therapies, and other aesthetic services according to established protocols. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient consultations, assessing medical history, explaining treatment options and risks, and developing individualized care plans. The Aesthetic Nurse will perform treatments, monitor patient responses, provide post-procedure instructions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and clinical staff, adhering to safety and infection control standards, supporting patient education on skincare and wellness, and participating in training on new technologies and procedures.\nQualifications\n\n Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio; relevant aesthetic certifications or training are preferred.\n Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related clinical specialty, with strong knowledge of cosmetic procedures and skincare.\n Demonstrated ability to perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide safe, high-quality clinical care in a fast-paced environment.\n Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with a commitment to patient-centered, inclusive, and non-discriminatory care.\n Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and infection-control protocols, and accurate documentation and charting skills.\n Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage time effectively, and adapt to evolving technologies and treatment options.\n Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records; comfort discussing treatment plans, outcomes, and follow-up care.\n CPR/BLS certification required; advanced certifications in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, lasers) are a plus.\n
