Description Job Title Front Desk Associate Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding hotel services and reservations Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction Process payments and manage cash handling procedures Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities Assist with administrative tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
