RESPONSIBILITIES:
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Garnerville, NY and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- P&C License is required for this position (if you are not licensed but are willing to take the courses we want to speak with you!)
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Professional experience in customer service or sales is required .
