Rotary Die Cutter OperatorPay rate: $23.88 plus shift differentialCategory/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (3 pm - 11 pm Monday-Friday, Saturday's when scheduled)Physical location: Cambridge Box, 903 Woods Road, Cambridge, MD 21613The job you will perform:Machine capabilities and limitations (must be capable of running machine at safe speeds)Set-up proceduresQuality - maintains quality requirements in accordance with company standardsDie cutting: cut to print register elimination of score cracking, cutting and strippingJoining: square folding, automatic bottoms, gap control, adhesionPrinting: coverage, registration, crush, sharpness, viscositySheet scoring: dimensions, score qualityResponsible for set up duties as assignedAdds/removes machine parts by hand, utilizing wrenches, as neededCarry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support production goalsApplicants must be willing to work alternate shifts, weekends, and daily overtime as requiredMachine/production floor general housekeeping responsibilitiesThe skills you will bring:A high school diploma (or GED) is required. One to two years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.Experience in the corrugated or converting industry is preferred but not required.
