What you’ll enjoy as part of the team £12.72 per hour Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000*) Ongoing career development and fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5 Company pension scheme What we’re looking for A minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK A positive attitude and pride in your work This is a part time role working 12 hours per week from 3pm to 7pm on a Tuesday, Thursday and a Friday About the role Creating a welcoming environment - keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues Room care with pride - dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents' rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage Working together - collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards Making a difference through kindness - sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day This is a role where your care shows in the details, fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every single day.
