Your work directly determines whether a patient goes home or stays in a facility — and we give you the tools, time, and support to make that happen.What You Will DoYou assist Occupational Therapist in performing procedures, test and complex treatments to ensure the safe, effective evaluation and treatment of patients; develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care. You will address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training.
