Reach Truck Operator
Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Joliet, IL
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
What's the Job?
- Pick, pack, and complete orders accurately and efficiently
- Put away inbound materials according to established procedures
- Operate material handling equipment safely at all times
- Maintain a strong focus on quality with a goal of zero errors
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 36 months of material handling equipment experience preferred
- Cherry Picker / Reach Truck experience required
- Ability to pass a basic reading and math skills test
- Basic English proficiency (all documentation is in English)
