Strategy Manager

Oversee multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables that are actionable, high impact, and lead to successful change on time Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing internal business partner expectations and relationships Support the Senior Director in executing the team’s vision and owning at least one internal program or process Requirements Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering 7 - 9+ years of total professional experience in functions like corporate strategy, consulting Demonstrated excellence in problem solving as well as analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques Knowledge of business concepts, tools and processes needed for sound decision making Knowledge of the importance of the 'big picture' thinking and planning Knowledge of techniques, roles and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance Understanding of the importance of leveraging external resources when required Knowledge of the concepts, key steps and characteristics of executive presence and eminence Core Competencies Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills, with a focus on stakeholder management and strategic decision-making.
