Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Responsibilities:Lead the distribution center's quality system as the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and legally compliant products, govern the Quality Management system, implement the organization's quality strategy, and drive continuous improvement in quality and food safetyDirect the deployment of the Quality Strategy at the site, enhancing procedures to meet key metrics aligned with business objectivesCollaborate with the management team to establish site priorities based on local needs and the Quality Strategy Support the implementation of International Featured Standards and promote a strong Quality mindset and behavior throughout the Distribution CenterSustain an efficient Quality Management System in compliance with standards, including corrective actions, internal audits, and quality training programsDrive continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems through data analysis and trend evaluation using digital solutionsManage Quality incidents and Stock Recovery at the Distribution Center, ensuring the implementation of relevant corrective and preventive actionsOther duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
