Responsabilidades:

Como Especialista en Ventas Digitales y Experiencia del Cliente, tendrás que:

Venta Digital Consultiva: Actuar como un asesor de confianza, proporcionando información especializada sobre nuestra gama de vehículos a través de canales digitales.
Construcción de Relaciones con el Cliente: Usa tus habilidades de comunicación digital para convertir interacciones en línea en relaciones duraderas con los clientes.
Solución de Problemas Digitales: Resuelve de manera proactiva los desafíos que los clientes enfrentan en el proceso de compra en línea.
Seguimientos y Resolución de Problemas: Programa interacciones digitales regulares con los clientes mientras resuelves problemas de manera efectiva para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
Colaboración en Equipo: Colabora con los equipos internos para alcanzar las metas de ventas y mantener un ambiente digital centrado en el cliente.

Conocimiento Digital: Cómodo y eficiente en el uso de herramientas de CRM y otras plataformas digitales.

Pasión por los Autos: Un entusiasmo genuino por los vehículos y un interés en seguir aprendiendo sobre nuestros productos.
Fluidez en Inglés: Habilidades en un idioma adicional, especialmente en español, son una gran ventaja.
Credenciales Educativas: Una licenciatura es una ventaja.

Horario de Trabajo:

Este es un puesto de tiempo completo.
Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana.

Compensación:

La estructura de pago será un salario base + comisión, con un potencial de ganancias de $44,000 - $88,000 por año.
