Report changes in patients' conditions to RNs or physicians promptly and participate in care planning discussions. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures. Assistance in Medical Procedures: Assist healthcare providers in medical procedures such as examinations, diagnostic tests, and minor surgeries.
