Job Description

We are seeking a senior executive to lead our global Investor Relations, Capital Markets Strategy, and Strategic Brand Positioning across the US. This role will serve as the primary catalyst for our corporate fundraising initiatives, building high-conviction relationships with institutional investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and Wall Street leaders. You will define our global brand narrative, elevate our market credibility, and position the company as a premier, compliant leader in digital asset infrastructure and next-generation financial innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Fundraising & Capital Markets: Lead end-to-end fundraising strategies, capital partner acquisition, pitch structuring, and deal execution across Tier-1 VC, private equity, and institutional investor communities.

• Global Investor Relations: Build, maintain, and manage long-term strategic relationships with current and prospective investors, board members, and financial stakeholders across the US and Europe.
\n
• Premium Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership: Own and execute our global brand positioning and institutional narrative—enhancing corporate visibility, trust, and executive influence across Tier-1 financial media, investor summits, and industry forums.
\n
• Strategic Ecosystem & Financial Network: Leverage deep relationships across Wall Street, investment banks, corporate finance advisory firms, and institutional investors to drive strategic growth opportunities.

• Capital & Growth Messaging: Translate complex financial technology, digital asset infrastructure, and market growth metrics into compelling investment theses and executive-level disclosures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Primary Requirement – Investor Relations & Fundraising Track Record: Senior executive experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Venture Capital at leading financial institutions, PE/VC firms, or high-growth tech enterprises.

• Deep Capital Markets Network: An active, high-level network across Wall Street, Tier-1 venture funds, institutional asset managers, family offices, and corporate venture arms in the US and Europe.
\n
• Global Brand & Strategic Communications Mastery: Proven success in positioning institutional brands, shaping investor perceptions, and driving media/PR strategy for high-value financial platforms.
\n
• Domain Knowledge (Bonus): Exposure to banking partner networks, corporate treasury, cross-border payment systems, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructure.
\n
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a top global university; MBA, CFA, or advanced degree in Finance/Economics strongly preferred.
\n
• Location: Base in New York is preferred.
