HR Coordinator

Arizona Priority Care (AZPC) is an Integrated Provider Network focused on providing whole-person care to Senior and Medicaid populations, through advanced value-based models. The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while helping ensure a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, tracking compliance requirements and coordinating employee communications. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in keeping HR operations organized while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files, both electronic and paper. Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents in accordance with record retention requirements. Assist in company onboarding process. Monitor HR inboxes and respond to routine employee inquiries or direct questions to the appropriate HR staff. Completes documentation process for employee change information. Manages badge system for new hires, replacements and terminations. Collaborate with HR team and third-party brokers for smooth facilitation of annual company benefit open enrollment process. Assists with employee meetings, activities and events as directed. Maintain Internal employee organizational charts. Works closely with HR Generalist to complete designated tasks. Assist with companywide, new hire, and annual compliance training including tracking completion. Maintains company payroll and holiday calendars Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIANCE

High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. One to three years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources or an office environment. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Demonstrated high degree of professionalism, positive culture development and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as a team. Collaboration is important in this role. Experience working with HRIS systems (ADP preferred but not required). Ability to use solid judgment in a variety of work situations Efficient and timely multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and objectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office and office equipment skills Supports and provides a positive company image to internal and external customers This role requires FT in-office presence for the first 60 days of employment.
