The Behavior Technician (BII) supports behavior intervention programs by collecting data, communicating with the team, and documenting progress. This role is essential in implementing behavior therapy plans and collaborating to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Collect and record data accurately
- Communicate progress and concerns effectively
- Collaborate closely with the therapy team
- Maintain thorough documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in behavior therapy
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Skilled in data collection and behavior intervention
- Strong patience and teamwork abilities
- Excellent observation skills
