About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join their fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive accelerated growth and increase market share. This role is pivotal in leading the appraisal and estimation processes, overseeing civil and infrastructure construction projects, and managing logistics to ensure the efficient delivery of resources. The Chief Revenue Officer will also be instrumental in defining the company's future direction and strategy, requiring a leader with a sharp mind, a passion for construction, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth. Applicants for the Chief Revenue Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior revenue-focused role within the construction industry is required, along with proficiency in Netsuite or equivalent software. The role demands exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills, strong leadership abilities, excellent negotiation and deal-making skills, and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including emerging trends and technologies. Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus. The Chief Revenue Officer will be a key member of the executive team, collaborating to set company-wide strategy and goals, and working closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns.
