RN/LPN Nurse Supervisor – Evening Shift | Hopewell Grove | Chillicothe, OH

Hopewell Grove is seeking an experienced and motivated RN or LPN Nurse Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about resident care, team development, and clinical excellence in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

• Position: RN/LPN Nurse Supervisor

• Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Shift Length: 8-hour shifts

• Location: Hopewell Grove – Chillicothe, Ohio

• Registered Nurses (RN): Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during the assigned shift, ensuring quality resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. This role serves as a clinical leader and resource for the interdisciplinary team.

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the evening shift.

• Ensure residents receive high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Monitor clinical operations and respond to resident needs and changes in condition.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and physician communications as needed.

• Promote compliance with facility policies, infection prevention practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to nursing team members.

• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure excellent resident outcomes.

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively manage clinical priorities and support a team environment.
