Job Overview:
The Software Engineer III will oversee the development, modification, and maintenance of applications. This role involves monitoring system applications, ensuring smooth operations, and creating reports and documentation to outline findings and solutions. The position is part of the Technology department and plays a critical role in enhancing system performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software.
• Install and configure systems and other software.
• Test installed software to detect and resolve malfunctions.
• Identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Design and deploy new applications and enhance existing application software and operating systems.
• Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve systems.
• Monitor and test system performance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain full ownership of assigned processes.
• Act as a procedural expert and provide guidance to junior-level associates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals to achieve common objectives.
• Proficiency in conducting system analysis to detect performance issues.
• Capability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization, and software debugging.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong executional capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware computing systems, and their integration.
