Learning Management System Administrator

We are seeking an LMS Administrator to support a Medical Education team with day-to-day learning platform administration. This role will focus on maintaining LMS content, supporting user access, organizing materials, and helping coordinate LMS-related workstreams. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on LMS or learning platform experience who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working closely with internal teams. This is not an instructional design role , and this person will not be responsible for building curriculum from scratch. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day administration of the LMS / learning platform. Manage user access, profiles, course assignments, and platform updates. Upload and organize approved learning materials, webinars, and course content. Help maintain accurate records, content organization, and learner access. Respond to LMS‑related requests and follow up with internal stakeholders as needed. Coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow‑ups related to LMS workstreams. Partner with internal team members to understand what content needs to be updated, moved, assigned, or maintained. Troubleshoot basic LMS issues and **escalate** questions when needed. Support ongoing platform clean‑up, organization, and process improvement. Assist with miscellaneous LMS and Medical Education team needs as priorities shift. Qualifications Experience with LMS administration, learning platforms, training coordination, or similar system administration. Comfortable managing users, courses, content uploads, permissions, and platform organization. Strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and keep workstreams moving. Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and asking clarifying questions. Flexible, team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Nice to Have Experience with Learning 360, or a similar LMS. Experience supporting webinar uploads, course content, or training materials.
