As the first and last point of contact for our patrons, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest experience begins and ends with genuine warmth and professional grace. The Role & Responsibilities In this multifaceted position, you will orchestrate the flow of our dining room while managing the digital and financial touchpoints of the business. Your duties shall include: The Art of Welcome: Managing our reservation system with precision and greeting guests with a "British gentleman’s" level of courtesy. Financial Stewardship: Handling guest accounts and processing payments accurately via our POS system. The "To-Go" Experience: Curating and packing takeaway orders with an eye for detail, ensuring our cuisine arrives at the guest’s home as beautifully as it leaves our kitchen. Floor Command: Assisting with general floor operations, coordinating with the service staff to ensure tables are turned efficiently and the ambiance remains impeccable. Communication: Acting as the vital link between our patrons, the kitchen, and the management team. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for an individual who possesses: Poise Under Pressure: The ability to remain calm and collected during a bustling Saturday night service. Exceptional Articulation: A professional and friendly communicative style (both in person and over the telephone). Attention to Detail: An inherent need to ensure every napkin is straight and every order is correct.
