Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current and active Physical Therapy license in the State of Mississippi required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience providing patient care in the home health setting preferred.
• Ability to travel daily by car to patient homes within Harrison County, MS. Candidate must be able to travel to more than one location within a work shift.
• Comfort with documentation, development of individualized plans of care, communication with physicians, and participation in weekly team case conferences for recertification and discharge planning.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum education requirement confirmed by client.

• Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday.
• Will work in patient homes. Daily driving to and from patients' homes within Harrison County, MS.
