Apex Recovery Massage is a sportsfocused, clinical massage clinic serving athletes and highly active individuals who expect results, not routines.

We are seeking experienced Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who take pride in their craft and want to work in an environment where skill, judgment, and outcomes matter.

This role is best suited for therapists who already know they dont belong in a spa.

This position is designed for LMTs who:

• Are confident in therapeutic or sportsbased bodywork
• Prefer assessment and problemsolving over scripted sessions
• Value autonomy and professional standards
• Want consistent, highquality clients
• Care deeply about outcomes and client progress

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required

• Active Utah Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential

Strong Alignment With This Role

• Sports massage or orthopedic massage experience
• Clinical or injuryfocused massage therapy
• Myofascial release, trigger point, or neuromuscular techniques
• Comfort working with athletic or highdemand bodies

Additional Skills (Helpful, Not Required)

• Cupping therapy
• Gua Sha / scraping
• Assisted stretching or movementbased techniques
• Experience with SOAP notes or clinical documentation

COMPENSATION

• Base Pay: $25$30 per massage hour (experiencebased)
• Tips: Average $15$25 per massage hour
• Typical Total Compensation: $40$55 per hour
