Apex Recovery Massage is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who want to practice thoughtful, therapeutic massage in a clinic that prioritizes clinical reasoning, consistency, and long‑term outcomes .

This position is ideal for therapists who prefer intentional, assessment‑driven sessions over high‑volume spa work, and who want to work in an environment where massage therapy is treated as a healthcare profession .

Our focus is on helping clients move better, manage pain, and recover from injury through skilled, individualized bodywork.

Our clients include:

Sessions are structured, customized, and designed with a clear therapeutic purpose .

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required

• Active Utah Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential

Experience That Translates Well

• Clinical or therapeutic massage
• Injury recovery or pain management work
• Myofascial release or neuromuscular techniques
• Trigger point therapy
• Orthopedic or sports‑related massage

Helpful (Not Required)

• Cupping therapy
• Gua Sha / scraping techniques
• Comfort with SOAP notes and basic digital charting

COMPENSATION

• Base Pay: $25–$30 per massage hour (experience‑based)
• Tips: Average $15–$25 per massage hour
• Typical Total Compensation: $40–$55 per hour
