HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CLAMP TRUCK OPERATOR IN SAUK VILLAGE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Clamp Truck Operator to join our team in Sauk Village, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for safely operating clamp truck equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse while supporting inventory operations and maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess extensive warehouse experience, clamp truck operating experience, RF scanner knowledge, and a strong understanding of inventory management processes. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $21/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm
• Located in Sauk Village, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate clamp truck equipment to move and transport materials
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Assist with unloading railcars
• Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions
• Support inventory management and accuracy initiatives
• Perform equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience required
• Minimum 5 years of clamp truck operating experience preferred
• RF scanner experience required
• Experience with inventory management processes required
• Experience loading and unloading trucks required
• Experience unloading railcars preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Safety-driven mindset and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
