Position Summary
Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced manufacturing candidate for a steel processing client in Chicago Heights. Experience with overhead cranes, saw operation, and straightening


Responsibilities

• Properly operates overhead cranes according to procedures and in a manner that avoids damage to the crane or their components.

• Ensure proper banding, crimping, and storing of material

• Properly operates band saw according to procedures and in a manner that avoids damage to the saw or its components

• Perform regular maintenance of equipment

• Document finished material and identify non-conforming material

• Brush and deburr finished product when necessary

Qualifications

• Overhead Crane, or saw operation experience preferred.

• Must be able to repetitively lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 250 pounds.

• Must be able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, and squatting. Also, frequent reaching over shoulder, waist level, and from the floor.

• Familiarity with tape measures

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the?employees?first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing?1,000 hours?of work.


The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution. As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
