With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome an HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team at Boston Logan International Airport.We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our cooling systems across various properties.Compensation: $40.00- $50.00 per hour depending on experience, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401kAvailable Shifts: 6:00am – 2:30pm, 2:00pm - 10:30pm. Days off to be DeterminedResponsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systemsRespond quickly and professionally to service callsDiagnose issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairsRead schematics to understand system layoutsPerform routine maintenance to keep systems running efficientlyCollaborate with maintenance teams to address any HVAC-related concernsBuild and assemble refrigeration units when neededFollow all safety procedures, including proper handling of refrigerantsMaintain accurate records of service performed and parts usedRequirements:3+ years of HVAC experience in commercial or industrial environmentsMassachusetts refrigeration license or certificationFamiliarity with schematics and technical drawings related to refrigeration systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsHands-on experience repairing refrigeration and air-conditioning equipmentKnowledge of environmental regulations related to HVAC/R systems and refrigerantsAbility to work independently and as part of a maintenance teamStrong communication skills for working with clients and team membersValid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subject to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
