Senior Consultant

To support the Performance Improvement Practice, the full-time Senior Consultant, Healthcare Improvement will implement advisory solutions, create complex analytical models, and facilitate client engagements while working remotely with minimal travel requirements. Key responsibilities Partner with team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate their value throughout client engagements Develop and maintain project management artifacts, including workplans and status reports Create detailed financial analyses, statistical reports, and visualizations for internal and client review Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred 4+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles in Nursing, Clinical Informatics, or Epic implementations Epic Certification in Orders, with preference for multiple clinical or reporting application certifications Strong expertise in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with analytical tools like PowerBI or Tableau Demonstrated creativity and critical thinking in solving complex healthcare problems
