Per Diem Pharmacy Technician in Staunton, VA

Job Description

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A per diem Pharmacy Technician position is available in Charlottesville, VA from June 15 to June 26. This role involves critical support in medication distribution and customer interaction within a pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute prescribed medications accurately as directed by physicians and other healthcare providers.
Educate and provide information to customers regarding their medications and proper usage.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

Currently licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in Virginia.
Previous experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to maintaining high standards in patient care.
