Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, you will:

Meet with buyers and sellers to discuss their real estate goals
Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
Present market data and pricing recommendations
Negotiate contracts and purchase agreements
Manage client relationships throughout the transaction process
Utilize CRM systems to track leads and communications
Follow proven systems and processes to maximize conversions
Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through closing

Qualifications:

Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
Professional presentation and negotiation abilities
Desire to grow within a team-oriented environment
Commitment to implementing proven systems and processes
Real estate experience preferred but not required
