Real Estate Apprentice - Training & Mentorship Available

As a Real Estate Apprentice, you’ll learn how to find and connect with potential clients, build relationships with buyers and sellers, follow up effectively, show properties, and understand how transactions move from the first conversation through closing.

You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. You’ll have access to experienced professionals, hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and practical systems designed to help you develop your skills and build confidence.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable working with people, and willing to put consistent effort into building a real estate business.

No previous real estate experience is required. Applicants may already have a real estate license or be actively working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

This position offers the flexibility to work primarily from home if you choose.

Compensation:

$112,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and build lasting relationships.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn the intricacies of real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Utilize our proven systems to follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your real estate knowledge.
• Support the team in marketing efforts by contributing to the creation of engaging property listings.
• Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.

• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment.

• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage client relationships and property listings.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy setting.
