Compensation:

$125,400 - $295,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating and nurturing leads to build a robust client base.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective negotiation strategies.
• Participate in property showings and open houses to gain firsthand experience.
• Support the team in preparing and reviewing real estate documents and contracts.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging property listings.
• Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, learning from experienced agents and contributing to shared goals.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow your career.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively facilitate transactions and engage with clients.
• Willingness to participate in continuous learning, staying updated on market trends and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
