NetSuite Administrator

The NetSuite Administrator will serve as the primary owner of the organization’s NetSuite ERP environment, overseeing administration, security, performance, support, integrations, and continuous improvement. This role partners with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while leading enhancements from planning through production. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain NetSuite configuration, security, availability, performance, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements and implement effective NetSuite solutions. Manage support requests, system issues, enhancements, and platform improvements. Lead projects through requirements gathering, scoping, testing, documentation, training, and deployment. Configure and enhance functionality using SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics. Develop Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automations. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with third-party and internal applications. Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and alignment with accounting principles and SOX controls. Coordinate test-case development, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and end-user training. Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives using Power Apps and Power BI. Evaluate new NetSuite releases and identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and platform utilization. Required Qualifications 5+ years of NetSuite administration, implementation, enhancement, or ERP project experience. Strong hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite ERP. Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, and workflows. Experience building and supporting NetSuite integrations. Strong understanding of ERP systems, accounting processes, and business operations. Project management experience involving requirements gathering, testing, UAT, documentation, stakeholder communication, and deployment. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple support issues, enhancements, integrations, and projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments. Experience with Power Apps and Power BI. Knowledge of SOX controls and ERP compliance requirements.
