User Acceptance Testing Manager

Location: Pierre, SD Duration: 2.5 Years

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have at least 2 years' experience with the user acceptance testing of eligibility and enrollment systems, with preference being for IBM Curam specific experience
• Have knowledge and experience with Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, with preference being for South Dakota specific experience
• Have knowledge and experience managing large scale testing efforts which include the development of test case scenarios, schedule management, resource assignments, defect tracking, remediation, and other tasks
• Ability to maintain working relationships with vendor and state technical, project and management staff

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the review of test cases provided by the vendor and the development of additional test cases and test data to facilitate user acceptance testing
• Manage scheduling of testing to be completed during User Acceptance Testing
• Maintain defect logs
• Prioritize defects for remediation
• Schedule and track results of remediated defects
• Report on the status of testing to Project Management Office and other stakeholders
• Assist EA in its decision to elevate the system to a production environment
• Other duties related to testing as assigned by the EA Division Director or her delegated representative, as needed.
