Human Resources Specialist
\n \nLocation: Arlington, VA | Hybrid
\nSalary: $65,000–$80,000
\n \nWe’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Arlington, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who wants broad, hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, and employee support.
\nThe ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent, people operations, or a related area and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Support day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and performance management \n
- Assist with performance review and goal-setting cycles, including follow-ups and process coordination \n
- Support outbound sourcing efforts for open positions across the organization \n
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the hiring process \n
- Maintain accurate employee and HR data across internal platforms \n
- Update and improve existing HR processes and playbooks \n
- Respond to employee and stakeholder questions and provide ongoing HR support \n
- Proactively communicate updates, priorities, and potential roadblocks \n
- Help create scalable, organized HR processes as the organization continues to grow \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, talent, people operations, or a related role \n
- Ability to work from the Arlington, VA office in a hybrid capacity \n
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously \n
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders \n
- Detail-oriented approach, particularly around data and process documentation \n
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset \n
- Experience with HR and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Rippling, Paycom, Lattice, or similar systems is a plus Human Resources Specialist \n
Compensation & Benefits
\nBase Salary: $65,000–$80,000, depending on experience, skills, location, and market data.
