Sr Loan Processor – Immediate Start We’re based in Pennsylvania but open to remote candidates. Role Overview Must understand income calculation Must have underwriting knowledge Must be comfortable learning the various lenders/investors we work with Must have a full understanding of the loan process and be able to delegate tasks to our Jr. Processor to assist you Must be familiar with Arrive Must be able to process 7‑12 files monthly to start Responsibilities Stay organized with files Track what’s conditioned and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Communicate with team members and keep the workflow moving Be the central point of coordination; you’re not working alone — our team is here to support you Be friendly and easy to work with but also have a backbone, because this is a tough industry Pay is between $500‑$700 per file based on experience with additional incentives for on‑time closings.
