Lead Principal Product Manager

Salary: $119,200 - 264,100 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a product management leader with deep knowledge of databases, data management, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise migration.
• You should have a strong passion for positioning Oracle Cloud as the preferred destination for mission-critical open-source data and messaging workloads.
• You need the ability to operate across executive-level strategy and technical design discussions.
• We expect you to collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, support, cloud architects, and strategic customers.
• Experience mentoring and coaching product managers and peers is valued.

• We own and continuously refine the product roadmap by converting customer needs and market signals into a clear, prioritized plan.
• We track the competitive landscape and industry trends to strengthen our differentiation.
• We partner closely with Engineering to deliver services that meet real customer needs with leading price-performance.
• We manage end-to-end service launches, including announcements, beta program planning, and testing coordination.
• We work with Corporate and Field Marketing to communicate the value of our services in compelling customer-facing language.
• We create high-impact content such as white papers, success stories, data sheets, best-practice guides, and presentations.
• We enable the field through hands-on training for Customer Support, Technical Sales, and key customers.
• We represent the portfolio externally at user groups, trade shows, customer sites, industry conferences, analyst briefings, and the Oracle Customer Visit Center.
• We build deep relationships with strategic customers to understand their business transformation plans and where Oracle can add value.
• We present roadmap priorities, investment recommendations, and strategic tradeoffs to LOB leadership and cross-organizational stakeholders.
• We engage with strategic customers and partners to validate product direction and accelerate OCI adoption.
• We mentor and coach product managers and peers to raise the quality of product thinking, customer insight, and decision-making across the team.
