At Haven Home Health & Hospice, our On-Call RNs provide skilled nursing care after hours, helping patients remain safe and comfortable at home while supporting families during the moments that matter most.

Schedule:
• Monday-Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Weekends: 24-hour call coverage
• 7 days on, followed by 7 days off

If you're ready to step away from the constant pace of facility-based care and get back to the reason you became a nurse, we'd love to meet you.

Why This Role Matters

When the office closes, patient care continues.

You'll be the calm voice on the phone, the trusted clinician making home visits when needed, and the support patients and families count on during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your clinical judgment helps patients stay safely at home while ensuring they receive the care they need, when they need it most.

We're Looking For

• Missouri RN license in good standing
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Dependable and responsive
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required
