Job Description Job Description Part-time Construction Manager Location : Lakewood, Colorado 80225 Duration of Project: Approx. 300 days Job Responsibilities: Review of construction drawings for compliance with the construction scope of work , code compliance and constructability reviews; Conducting/participating in Value Engineering discussions; Analysis of Value Engineering proposals; Cost control/monitoring; Site investigations; Site inspections during construction; Analysis of on-going schedule and conformance with; Participation in all project meetings during construction; Preparation of cost estimates and technical evaluation/recommendation reports pertaining to any proposal requests, or changes order requests, review and response to Requests for Information, review of all Applications for Payment. CM will also prepare weekly reports on inspections and quality of work.
