Job Description -

AUTO OFFER - 36 HOURS or 48 HOURS *DECLARE IN SUBMISSION*

Cleveland Clinic- South Pointe Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN.

Night shifts 36s

Minimum of 18 mos *recent* Med/Surg Telemetry experience .

Must have at least 18mos PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

AHA BLS & ACLS required.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

PBDS Assessment - waived.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Certifications Required - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
