Site Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

LOCATION NOTE: This role requires in-person presence at one of our campus locations. Many schools hide their operations behind closed doors, approval chains, and administrative layers. Alpha takes a different approach. In this role, you will be front and center throughout the day: welcoming families at the door, resolving device problems, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures, reassuring concerned parents, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the campus embodies safety, professionalism, and the Alpha standard. We need someone who can balance warmth with firmness, structure with flexibility, and confidence with hands‑on effort. You will be responsible for nearly everything beyond classroom instruction: family communications, attendance management, campus security, building operations, meal coordination, technology support, event execution, and the minor issues that elevate quickly without intervention. You will not be surrounded by a local operations staff. Instead, you will rely on documented procedures, remote assistance, and established protocols—but you must be capable of learning quickly, leveraging available resources, and exercising sound judgment in real time. What You Will Be Doing Serve as the primary, trusted contact for parents, students, staff, and campus visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication. Oversee the daily operational rhythm of the campus, including morning arrival, afternoon dismissal, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, campus presentation, event logistics, and facilities maintenance follow‑through. Address campus safety and student welfare matters, including entry control, emergency drills, health‑related incidents, record‑keeping, and parent notifications. Administer student devices and essential campus technology systems, covering initial setup, account assistance, first‑level troubleshooting, data backups, repair coordination, and escalation to remote technical support. Cultivate trust with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while upholding established standards. What You Won’t Be Doing Retreat to a private office while others handle direct interactions with parents and students. Lead classroom instruction, mentor Guides, or develop academic programming. Defere each decision to a manager before taking necessary action. Channel campus operations through multiple meetings when immediate resolution is required. Delegat facilities, devices, vendors, or meal services as outside your scope of responsibility.
