Leading product innovation and development, the full-time remote Product Category Director in Fleece & New Categories will manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that align with market trends and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Own category product vision and long-term growth strategy while identifying new product opportunities through market analysis Lead the full product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category strategy with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain efforts Required Qualifications: 10-15+ years of experience in product development, management, or category leadership within apparel or consumer brands Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or a related field Proven track record of delivering products on time while maintaining high quality and brand integrity Strong expertise in the full product development lifecycle and identifying innovation opportunities Hands-on leadership experience in high-growth or global consumer brands
