Other cities are welcome remotely. Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. Travel Expectations: Up to 40% What you'll do Collaborate with project teams to design and implement improvements to financial workflows and reporting structures. Assist in managing project activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in financial close processes and BlackLine implementations. Financial close sub-process areas include but not limited to: account reconciliations, manual and automated journal entries, consolidations, flux analysis, intercompany, and financial/management reporting. Work closely with client teams to define business requirements and solutions. Identify areas for process optimization and provide data-driven recommendations. Lead/participate in client facing workshops and meetings. Create and deploy digital dashboards to understand client’s processes and provide key insights into opportunities for transformation. What You'll Bring At least 3 years of experience working with BlackLine or financial close process areas. Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization. Proficiency in financial systems, including Salesforce and other relevant applications. Experience supporting transformation projects and collaborating across teams. Understanding of project management and change management principles. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support. Nice-to-Haves 1+ year of professional work experience with Trintech T-Recs. Familiarity with FinancialForce or other ERP systems. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or similar process improvement methodologies. The compensation range for this position is $84,000-$110,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on several factors, including level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
