Part-Time Dental Assistant

Beyond Smiles of Park Ridge is looking for a warm, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our privately owned, relationship-based dental practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance during general, restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and airway-focused procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for each patient.
• Assist with digital radiographs, photographs, intraoral scanning, CBCT imaging, and other clinical records based on training and experience.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection-control procedures.
• Turn over treatment rooms efficiently and keep clinical areas clean and organized.
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visits.
• Support laboratory case tracking, supply organization, and inventory management.
• Communicate clearly with doctors, hygienists, administrative team members, and patients.
• Assist the team with end-of-day clinical responsibilities.

Schedule:

This is a part-time position working two to three days per week .

Available days and hours include:

• Monday: approximately 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday: approximately 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: approximately 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

The daily start time is adjustable and can be discussed based on the candidate’s availability and the needs of the practice.

Compensation: Starting compensation is $18–$20 per hour , based on experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for our monthly team bonus program.
